Obstructive yellow egg model: The abdominal cavity was opened on the 14th day after the successful establishment of the model, and blood was collected from the subhepatic portal vein. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBIL) levels were detected by ELISA. The liver tissue was fixed with formaldehyde solution, and the paraffin sample was prepared for HE staining. The expression level of α-SMA in liver tissue was detected by Western blot.
